The Olloominating Coaching Way

We talk a lot about Olloominating coaching here as it helps us to gain greater access into how our clients are feeling and can help people to gain greater ways of knowing how to remain centred and embracing being in the present more efficiently.


Olloominating Coaching tools can greatly assist and be used in truly formidable ways to help you to move forward when working through decision making, stress release and dealing with anxiety and addictions.


To be succinct, Olloominating is about the energy and emotions associated with you, or what feels like within you, as energy is being transferred externally and through us at any given moment, constantly.


At a quick glance you might think that you are living in the present but when you are feeling overly anxious or stressed about something you are more than likely not being present and thinking or sensing anxiety from a past experience or thinking about a future emotion.


Here, this particular Olloominating tool is a great way of understanding feelings and resolving feelings and emotions relating to a particular feeling or event.

1. Grab a piece of paper and write three columns, 1. Past 2. Present 3. Future.

Now think about what you are trying to resolve in your life either; release an addiction, stop some anxiety or achieve a particular goal.


Now think about how you are feeling about that goal. Think about what that emotion attached to that experience or anxiety is and place it in the appropriate column.


Think about what is potentially stopping you or in your mind, for example frustration, anger, guilt, a sense of loss and then ask yourself, “Did this commence in the past, present or future?


Keep putting the emotion and the desired outcome in the appropriate column and ask yourself questions about why you think or feel that you are not able to stop the addiction or the emotion attached to not being able to attain what you desire.


Soon you will be able to better identify if your behaviour or anxiety or wanting to achieve a particular goal is being hindered by your past, present or future realities.


How we then understand our realities, what we are feeling, our sub-modalities and our emotions is part of the coaching session and hypnotherapy process which can be very interesting and informative ways of learning more about yourself and your choices. At any given time we can be feeling or thinking about something from our past, our present or our future and this exercise is a great tool to help you to be able to decipher your Olloominations in the past, present or future.
