Reducing Stress In The Workplace

Reducing stress and anxiety in the workplace is often not simple and quite difficult to reduce because it is not often addressed directly or addressed in a timely manner and often allowed to fester.


We have found a direct correlation between a lack of consultation and rising anxiety and stress and this is often due to insufficient and not effective communication which is sometimes not simple to pin-point.


Currently we would love to hear from OHSE and HR professionals who would like to reduce stress and anxiety in the workplace by utilising simple tools and plans that are displayed next to one's desk and in the lobby for clients to observe.


We also encourage Life & Executive Coaching and hypnotherapy and have found a 87% reduction in anxiety just from hypnotherapy alone and look forward to continuing our work in the OHSE arena.


According to Mental Health Australia everyone needs to be more aware of the mental health impact of avoidance and be offered the best approach to reducing stress and anxiety at work and at home.
